Tried this place for the first time as we live in Panama, and it was great. My husbands feet look like they belong to someone else now! We have booked another appointment before we leave.
First things first. I truly believe that everyone’s health should be a priority. The feet therapist ran out of protection gloves and was ok with it (I asked her to request some but she was ok with it), didn’t want to make a scene so I let her do her job. Also I noticed that they weren’t wearing any protection glasses; I mean they’re cutting nails and sanding calluses so something may land on their eyes. Honestly, the company should care more about their employees and train them to be comfortable wearing PPE.
Other than that, service was good, feet look good.
I used to go with Carmen but she no longer works there. She was great I even brought my mom to her when she was visiting. I can’t speak about the other technicians except for for Perla. Not recommended at all. She made me bleed and hurt. I kept telling her “ok that’s enough, don’t continue with that” and she would try a little bit more anyway. Not including the dried up blood spots, the pedi didn’t even look that good.
I loved the experience. From the reception, I was then assisted by Yara who was divine with my feet, she fixed my nails and pampered my feet with massage and care. Besides, she is a very good conversationalist. I loved the service and have already made an appointment for next month. You schedule your appointment, they send you a reminder and you have 10 minutes of tolerance to arrive at your appointment. It's very worth it.
